Please note that all items are made to order, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges - ALL SALES ARE FINAL*
*Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via [email protected] if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item - if one of these issues should arise, we will happily have the item replaced. If the item is no longer available, you will be eligible for a refund.
*Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*European Union 14 day cooling off period
As mentioned above, all items are made to order and are therefore exempt from the EU 14-day cooling off period.
